BYOD for pet friendly wheel rides, pup-cups, photo-booth opportunities and pet friendly vendors.\n-all dogs must remain on leash while at Kansas City Wheel\n-one human can bring up to 2 dogs\n-tickets can be viewed at https://kcwheel.com\nAfter the festival is the after party at CITYDOGs beautiful new location from 9am-12pm!
