Lucky 13 Rescue Fall Auction

In the last year, we’ve been able to rescue 421 dogs. They’ve been dogs that were homeless, surrendered to rural animal controls, and who came from hoarding cases. These dogs have been so wonderful to rehabilitate into pets, but not without challenges, both medically and behaviorally. We have had 10 dogs who tested positive for heartworms, which we spent roughly $600 per dog to treat. We have also spent over $5,000 on training where some of our more behaviorally challenging dogs have learned a variety of things that will help them become adoptable.
