Puppy Yoga @ Yoga Patch

Come puppy pose with us and Lucky 13 Rescue!

Add some playfulness to your practice while supporting a local canine organization.

Class will be 45 minutes long (with lots of puppy kisses throughout) and you will have 15 minutes after class to take pictures, play and fill out adoption applications!

While Yoga boosts your attention and concentration, adding puppies to your practice can further boost the impact of these benefits. This type of yoga actually works as a two-way street because the puppies also benefit from the experience.

The positive interactions and mental stimulations you create in puppy yoga can improve the health and wellness of the puppies as they grow to become sociable, fun loving animals!

Feel free to bring toys for the puppies!

This is a DONATION BASED EVENT, please register in advanced at yogapatch.com/workshops as spots are limited due to space. Each person needs to create their own profile.
